How do I export my counts?

Tikly Pro includes CSV export. Open a counter or the history and use Export, then save or share the file.

How do I restore my Pro purchase?

Use Restore Purchases in the Pro screen. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought it with.

Does my data move to a new phone?

There is no cloud sync. On Android the system backup may restore app data on a new device; on iPhone use your device backup. Export a CSV for your own copy.

The widget does not update.

Remove the widget and add it again, then open the app once. If the problem remains, write to us with your device and app version.

How do I delete my data?

Delete counters in the app, or uninstall it. Nothing is stored on our servers.

How do I get rid of ads?

Buy Tikly Pro once in the app. Use Restore Purchases on a new device.
